Available Task Templates

All public stable cgMLST and accessory schemes that are listed at www.cgmlst.org can be downloaded from the Task Template Sphere. They share a world-wide nomenclature for alleles and CTs.

If no predefined task template can be found for an organism, a local cgMLST scheme can be easily defined and used to analyze the organism.
