The list of available MLST scheme databases is based on PubMLST (hosted at The Department of Zoology, University of Oxford, UK, developed and maintained by Keith Jolley).

For most organisms there is only one MLST scheme listed. A preview is shown in the table at the bottom.

The 5' and 3' sequences are automatically extracted from the consensus of all allele libraries. The length can be defined in the fields.
The first allele sequence of each loci is used as reference sequence.
