Log files for the service can be found in the program directory (usually C:\Program Files\RidomSeqSphereServer or C:\Program Files (x86)\RidomSeqSphereServer):

• serverservice.out.log
• serverservice.wrapper.log
• serverservice.err.log

Log files for the server can be found in the data directory that was specified during installation (e.g. C:\seqspheredata\). Log files are int he subdirectory "log" (e.g. C:\seqspheredata\log). The interesting files are the ones ending with ".log", the other files are backups of older log-files.
