1. invoke Tools > Comparison Table in the menu.
  2. In the upcoming dialog click on tab Create New if not already selected.
  3. Click on the radiobutton Select Samples from database to open the search dialog.
  4. In the upcoming search dialog click in the upper right corner on Advanced to see more search criteria.
  5. Select in the General Criteria box all projects that should be added to the comparison table.
  6. Press the button Search to list the Samples of the selected projects.
  7. Press the button Choose All Found to confirm the search dialog.
  8. The comparison table dialog now shows in the Choose Genotyping Schemes all schemes that are available in the projects of the selected samples. Choose at least one of the schemes and confirm the dialog with Create Comparison Table.
